What we are looking for: ProCare continues to grow and we are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Altoona PA. Treatment setting will include outpatient and Early Intervention. Caseload demographics include: Aphasia Dysphagia Pediatrics Cognitive Communication Disorders AAC use etc.
ProCare is looking for a motivated compassionate forward-thinking Speech Therapist who excels at assessing patients strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Were looking for flexible and all-in teammates who are excited by the opportunity to take on emerging challenges.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Evaluates a patients need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP.
