Boothby Therapy Services is hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Massachusetts. We have roles supporting PK12 student populations offering dynamic and varied caseloads across multiple grade levels.
We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) who are interested in pediatric school-based therapy across diverse age groups.

- Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time
- Pay Rate: $55$65/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time even if student sessions are missed)
- Setting: Public school (PK12)
- Start Date: 2026-27 SY

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities
- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK12 students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments across age groups
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonology
- Receptive and expressive language
- Social/pragmatic communication
- Fluency and voice disorders
- Adapt therapy approaches for early childhood elementary and secondary students
- Collaborate with teachers special education staff occupational therapists (OTs) and physical therapists (PTs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and compliance records
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
- DESE Educator License (Speech Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
- Experience or interest in pediatrics school-based therapy or special education preferred
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
