Elevation Healthcare is actively recruiting for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity in the Elkton Maryland area for the upcoming school year. Applicants must hold active Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and school-based or pediatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to develop individualized therapy plans
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to support communication development in pediatric populations
• Collaborate with educators families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success in school settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology
• Provide guidance and support to families regarding communication strategies and interventions

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist licensure/certification
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
