What Youll Do
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data
- Collaborate with teachers staff and families to support student communication and learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations
- Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations
- Support a range of student communication needs across school settings
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success
What Were Looking For
- Valid Michigan state licensure from LARA
- Masters Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy
- Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- School-based experience preferred not required
