Speech-Language Pathologist School Based Indiana

Clarifi is partnering with an Indiana school district to bring on a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve an elementary (K5) population for the school year. This position offers a supportive team-oriented environment where collaboration and student progress are at the forefront.

In this role youll provide direct speech and language services to elementary students helping them strengthen communication skills that are essential for both academic achievement and social development. Youll design individualized intervention plans support IEP implementation and work closely with educators and school staff to ensure students receive consistent effective services.

Position Overview:

Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to K5 students.
Monitor progress collect data and maintain accurate documentation.
Partner with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom.
Participate in IEP development and collaborate on student support strategies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Address areas such as articulation expressive/receptive language fluency and functional communication.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal organizational and teamwork skills.
Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
