Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent or designee provides services to pupils with speech and / or language handicaps within the District. Evaluates student referrals to determine eligibility for speech and / or language services and provides speech and / or language therapy as appropriate.
Qualifications:-Bachelors Degree including all courses necessary to meet any of the credential requirements to receive license/credential authorizing service as a Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Therapist.-Appropriate California credential authorizing service as a Speech Language Pathologist or Speech : -A minimum of two (2) years experience in working with children as a Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Therapist or comparable position. Experience in a public school environment desired.
