RECRUITMENT AND SIGNING BONUS:The District is offering a recruitment bonus of up to $10000 as follows: * $3500 at the start of Year 1 (Year 1 payments require completion of at least 75% of the work year; otherwise the first installment will be postponed to the next eligible vesting date)* $3500 at the start of Year 2* $3000 at the start of Year 3 Each installment is contingent upon continued full-time employment through the September payroll of the applicable year. Bonus amounts are pro-rated by FTE are not added to the salary schedule are non-precedential and are not creditable to CalSTRS unless CalSTRS determines otherwise.
