- Bookings and billing for construction contracting or service projects (progress billing change orders).
- Able to ramp up quickly for a nowDecember assignment; contract admin experience a plus.
- Set up new projects and contracts in Spectrum
- Enter and maintain accurate project information within Spectrum
- Manage project bookings and related administrative requirements
- Prepare and process accurate customer billings
- Handle accounts receivable activity associated with assigned projects
- Review project information and contracts to ensure billing is completed correctly
- Work with project managers and internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on schedule
- Assist with additional project accounting and billing responsibilities as needed
- Hands-on experience with Spectrum software is required
- Previous experience with project billing and/or accounts receivable
- Experience working with contracts projects or job-based accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and billing requirements simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in construction HVAC building automation engineering or a related contracting environment is a plus
