Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support for the Specialized Testing Office Supervisor and Coordinator of Specialized Testing Services. Serve as proctor for high stakes and group test administration and assist students faculty and community members with a variety of testing and instructional support services. Work with on and off-campus testing staff and other College departments to maintain consistency of procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Experience
- One year previous experience in customer service required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills required.
- Proficient use of the English language required.
- Excellent customer service experience in the field of educational or academic testing preferred.
- Advanced computer skills preferred.
Working Conditions:

Hiring Range:
6 Hourly Starting salary beginning at $20.14/hr. based on education and experience
