Specialist II Mortgage Servicing Operations

Mortgage Lending is responsible for originating evaluating processing and servicing residential mortgage products while ensuring a high-quality client experience and adherence to regulatory and underwriting standards. Activities may include:

• Guiding clients through the home loan process
• Assessing borrower eligibility
• Conducting thorough credit and financial analyses
• Structuring mortgage solutions that align with client needs and responsible lending practices
• Ensuring strong risk management
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations
• Collaborating with internal partners to support efficient loan processing and timely closings

Mortgage Servicing Operations is responsible for supporting the administration and servicing of mortgage loans throughout the life of the loan. Activities may include payment processing escrow administration customer support investor reporting regulatory compliance and operational risk management. Other duties as assigned.

Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include:

• Working under moderate supervision.
• Problems are typically of a routine nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

• Typically requires 2 years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training

• May require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to education work experience skills certifications and geographic location etc.
