Were hiring a full-time W-2 Special Education Teacher to provide K12 school-based services for the school year. Whether youre an experienced Special Education Teacher or new to the field youll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

• Caseload: Special Education Teacher/ Multiple caseloads/classrooms available
• Age Range: Elementary & High School
• Start & End Date: ASAP - June 2027
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation progress monitoring and compliance
• Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Participate and lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
• Valid state teaching credential with appropriate Special Education endorsement
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners
