• Full-time 1.0 FTE

• MondayFriday 5 days per week

• Starting August 2026 for the entire school year
  

About the Role

Hello Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher in Golden CO to support students in ASD and SSN center-based this role youll provide individualized instruction develop and implement IEPs and create a structured supportive learning environment tailored to students unique needs. Youll collaborate with a supportive school team while receiving support from a therapist-run company.

What Youll Do

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs

• Provide specialized instruction across academic and functional areas

• Support students in a structured center-based classroom environment

• Implement appropriate behavioral and instructional strategies

• Collaborate with general education teachers specialists and families

• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed

• Maintain accurate progress reports and required documentation

• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  

What Were Looking For

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with a Special Education endorsement

• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills

• Experience working with students with ASD and/or SSN preferred

• School-based experience preferred but not required
