Hiring for the School Year!PositionSpanish TeacherServite High School is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Spanish Teacher to inspire students through rigorous engaging world-language instruction and to contribute to a strong faith-centered language arts program. This is an excellent opportunity to help young men develop linguistic proficiency cultural awareness and global perspective while preparing them for college and OverviewAs a Spanish Teacher at Servite High School the candidate will:-Teach five periods per day with the ability to teach multiple levels of Spanish across the high school curriculum.-Design and deliver engaging lessons that emphasize interpersonal interpretive and presentational communication skills.-Support students in developing proficiency in reading writing listening and speaking Spanish while fostering appreciation for Hispanic cultures.-Collaborate with the World Languages Department and administration to align curriculum assessments and instructional practices.-Integrate Servites Catholic mission and values into classroom culture and instruction.-Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the broader life of the school CandidateWe are looking for a candidate who:-Is passionate about teaching Spanish and helping students develop confidence as communicators and global learners.-Demonstrates strong content knowledge and the ability to teach a range of high school Spanish courses.-Is highly organized student-centered and skilled at engaging motivated learners.-Has prior teaching experience (preferred) including experience with honors and/or AP-level courses.-Embraces Servites Catholic identity and mission of forming young men of faith character and leadership.
Required: Candidate should hold a bachelors or masters degree in Spanish World Languages or a related : A California Teaching Credential is preferred but not : Experience teaching in a high school setting including the ability to teach multiple levels of are reviewed upon receipt.
