Spa Treatment Supervisor

Are you passionate about the spa industry and providing unforgettable experiences We are looking for a leader to maintain high luxury spa standards and oversee daily aspects of the spa guest service operation here at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain current knowledge of all spa services pricing offerings schedules promotions and other services provided at the spa
• Manage all provider scheduling oversight and optimization to maximize productivity operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Complete weekly spa treatment room audits and inspections
• Assist with overseeing the proper training implementation and setup for all spa services
• Assist with maintaining vendor relationships while upholding brand standards for services products protocols and retail support
• Assist with product supply inventory ordering and receiving
• Assist with coordinating ongoing training standardization of inventory and control procedures quality assurance site inspections and future development in accordance with Spa Standard Operating Procedures

• Assist with hiring training coaching and holding service providers accountable while ensuring alignment with departmental and business objectives

• Be stationed in the back-of-house office as the primary point of contact for the provider treatment team providing daily operational support and assisting with the oversight of 60 service providers including massage therapists aestheticians nail technicians and hair stylists

• Perform both opening and closing Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts as scheduled

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to departmental grooming standards and wearing the full uniform
• Demonstrate professionalism in every interaction with management guests and colleagues treating each individual with respect and integrity
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times including interactions with resort guests day spa guests and telephone inquiries
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Spa Operations Manager

Qualifications :

• Experience working in the spa industry
• Positive attitude
• Knowledge of Book4time and Microsoft office software is an asset.
• Good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Flexibility to respon to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or in teams
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
