At Hand & Stone in Wayne our Spa Associates are the first impression of the spa. Youll help create an exceptional guest experience while educating clients about the value of our membership program and the benefits of making self-care part of their routine.
What Youll Do:
Welcome empower and connect with guests with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones schedule and manage appointments
Recommend and sell our membership program with confidence
Help resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
Maintain a clean organized front desk and lobby
Support a positive team-oriented environment
Were Looking for Someone Who:
Is genuinely friendly outgoing and enjoys connecting with people
Believes in the benefits of regular massage and skincare
Is comfortable discussing and selling memberships
Provides exceptional customer service and stays calm under pressure
Can handle difficult conversations without taking complaints personally
Is dependable organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Schedule:
Were currently looking for coverage on:
Evenings (3-9pm) and Weekends (8:30-7pm)
Free or heavily discounted massages and facials (based on eligibility and availability)

Pay:
$15 - $18/per hour based on experience
