Job Summary
What you will be doing: Reporting to the Spa Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional engaging and friendly service
- Provide a warm and sincere welcome to guests providing a tour of the Spa facilities
- Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool pool area cabanas and restrooms
- Ensure an adequate supply of towels available
- Monitor lounge chair assignment and availability changing over lounge chair coverings between use
- Answer guests questions and assist as needed; including providing water sunscreen and cleaning sunglasses
- Support the Spa Café Food & Beverage Team as needed
- Follow department policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all health and safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Rate of Pay: $26.00 per hour

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Good command of the English Language
- Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift carry push pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to organize and prioritize based on guest needs to maintain team flow and efficiency
- Ability to focus attention on guests needs remaining calm and courteous at all time
