• Lead all day-to-day spa operations ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth daily execution.
• Recruit coach mentor and develop a high-performing team of service providers and sales associates.

• Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
