Spa Attendant

JOB PURPOSE: The Spa Attendant will work as a part of the spa team to consistentlyprovide the highest possible standard of guest service creating a sensory journey forguests helping them to rest relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in JOB FUNCTIONS:As part of the MOKARA Spa team Spa Attendants consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their the Fitness Center is maintained and set to Omni for greeting guests providing locker set up of robes and slippers beverages and checking in and checking out of cleanliness and neatness of spa facility locker room and fitness for escorting guests to the locker room relaxation area and enlightening them on their daily general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks in the spa for opening and/or closing of the hammam sauna steam room and whirlpool areas and their daily pre-selling up-selling and cross-selling of services and retail products to each with confidence both product and service benefits to guests and offer suggested retail and treatment tours of the spa offer/serve beverages and guests in the ritual area relaxation space and jacuzzi as needed ensuring exceptional experiences and safety while with spa promotions with all guest challenges are resolved in a timely manner and management is made aware of :Minimum 1-year experience working in a customer service-based writing and oral proficiency in the English language required must be able to communicate with guests and staff professionally and with to exceeding the expectations of customers always operating with a strong attention to detail to the clients to detail and excellent organizational skills. Maintain a professional business appearance attitude and be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends evenings and holidays. Must obtain a State of Florida TIPS Alcoholic Beverage Server & POSITION ANALYSIS:Move bend lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance. Stand walk or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion including utilizing telephone/computer for an extended period or for an entire & EQUIPMENT:Desktop computer selected spa program printer telephone copier fax machine and scanner.
