Miami Valley Gaming of Lebanon OH is looking to hire a full-time Sous Chef to help our Food and Beverage culinary team deliver the exceptional guest experience were known for. We are a market leader that strives to create excitement by providing the best in gaming and hospitality. THE SOUS CHEF WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our guests safe and healthy.
• You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesnt mind to jump in and help with other tasks whenever needed.
• Youre happy that youre not stuck in a cubicle all day!
• You are conscientious about adhering to all service health safety and personal hygiene standards.
• You understand the demanding hours some shifts can require but also can appreciate MVGs commitment to maintaining a healthy work/life balance for all of our management team members.
• While youre self-motivated and able to work independently you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie thats inherent in a tight-knit F&B team.
• You are happy to take advantage of our excellent training and are considering advancing in a hospitality career. But whatever the future holds for now you enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SOUS CHEF

• Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment
• Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
• Ability to pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license
• Customer service and hospitality skills
