Premier Radiology is seeking a talented patient-focused Sonographer to join the growing team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sonographer will produce imaging using ultrasound technology to assist physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. Specifically the sonographer conducts ultrasound exams and documents clinically appropriate results for interpretive physiciansand records.
Desired Professional Skills And Experience
- Successful completion of a sonography program at an accredited school
- Current registration with the American Registry of Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- CCI Preferred
- State licensure where required
- BCLS required
- Must be experienced in Echocardiogram or willing to cross train in Echocardiogram
- Take RVT board exam within one year of employment if not already certified.
- This position is for a sonographer already scanning most general type exams with additional cardiac experience or interested/willing to cross train to be able to perform echocardiogram
