Our client is seeking to add a Solutions Architect to manage enterprise client relationships oversee the deployment of new and existing environments provide expert support and resolve complex technical queries. If you have a strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills capable of delivering innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients providing strategic guidance and proactive support.
- Plan coordinate manage and support the deployment of new and existing enterprise environments.
- Ensure that implementations are completed on time within scope and meet client expectations.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including engineering and product to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support to enterprise clients resolving complex technical issues in their environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Document and communicate resolutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect Technical Account Manager or similar role with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of networking system architecture and enterprise-grade technologies.
- Experience with deploying and managing environments in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with security concepts including HSMs PKI and key management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex support scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
