You will own the technical direction for designing qualifying and implementing hardware and software diagnostic and repair tools used in field service events. Youll translate customer needs and system requirements into new tool designs and develop comprehensive qualification plans that address design integrity risk and performance. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.n

Engage with stakeholders to understand their diagnostic and repair needs and translate those needs into clear technical with product development teams to establish design and testing and document designs for new diagnostic and repair with cross-functional teams to refine develop and implement tool with UX designers and other technical stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and successful and approve comprehensive qualification plans to ensure design quality manage risk and validate performance.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.n8 years of experience in solutions architecture engineering or a related technical to translate customer needs and use cases into high-level technical knowledge of product development lifecycles and client-server design principles.

Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. nBackground in large-scale systems design hardware and software diagnostics and performance with qualification and validation methodologies for hardware or diagnostic to collaborate with subject-matter experts and manage complex cross-functional at communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical managing projects through ambiguity while transitioning smoothly between strategic and detailed -oriented with critical thinking skills and a willingness to challenge existing ideas.
