The Manager Solution Consulting serves as a crucial collaborator with customers sales product management and Solution Development teams providing technical oversight supporting strategic customer engagements and ensuring the successful creation and validation of material handling automation solutions that align with customer requirements and business goals. The role holds accountability for balancing business priorities upholding solution quality and building the teams capabilities to meet both present and future organizational needs.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $121000 - $177000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will Do in this Role:
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants and designers.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable purpose-focused automation solutions.
- Guide data analysis and solution development for competitive system builds.
- Review solution concepts to ensure quality consistency and technical accuracy.
- Build trusted customer relationships and serve as a strategic advisor.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop winning solution and pursuit strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement through tools processes and guidelines.
- Stay current on industry trends and help build future offerings.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience. Candidates with a Graduate degree or relevant experience are preferred.
- Significant experience in material handling automation warehouse operations solution development engineering or consulting leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading mentoring and developing technical or consulting professionals.
- Advanced knowledge of material handling technologies automation systems and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational challenges and solution alternatives.
- Expertise in automation solution development concept validation and system building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
- Adaptable leader with PMP Lean or related certifications preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30%. May include international travel.
