The operator will manage and maintain solids control systems run centrifuges and ensure optimal performance under extreme temperature conditions. This role requires flexibility for extended shifts and a strong commitment to safety and production goals.

The operator will manage and maintain solids control systems run centrifuges and ensure optimal performance under extreme temperature conditions. This role requires flexibility for extended shifts and a strong commitment to safety and production goals.
Responsibilities
- Set up operate and monitor centrifuges and other solids control equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
- Adjust process parameters to maintain optimal solids removal efficiency.
- Record operational data and generate daily performance reports.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in harsh weather conditions.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate status updates effectively.
- Respond to emergency situations and implement corrective actions promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience operating solids control equipment especially centrifuges.
- Ability to work long shifts including nights and weekends.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in hot and cold environments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and personal protective equipment usage.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g. H2S confined space).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
