We are seeking a skilled Software/Web Developer to design build and maintain our e-commerce platform online design/proofing tools and internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring customers can easily upload designs request custom signage place orders and track production all through a smooth reliable digital experience.

• Design develop and maintain the company website and e-commerce ordering platform
• Build and improve online tools for custom sign design proofing and order customization (e.g. online design uploaders price calculators mockup generators)
• Integrate payment gateways shipping calculators and order management systems
• Develop and maintain APIs connecting the website to internal production/inventory systems
• Ensure the website is mobile-responsive fast-loading and optimized for SEO
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs downtime and issues
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to implement new features (e.g. bulk order tools quote request forms customer account portals)
• Maintain website security backups and compliance with data protection standards
• Monitor site analytics and suggest improvements to boost conversions
• Support integration with third-party tools (CRM marketing automation inventory/ERP systems)
• Stay current with web development trends and recommend improvements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1 years of experience in web/software development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript (React Vue or similar frameworks)
• Experience with back-end development: PHP Python or similar
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify WooCommerce Magento or custom-built solutions)
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
