Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate auditable and reliable data flow and transactions across the data systems related to the Corvallis and Singapore wafer fabs. The primary data systems are Workstream SAP S4 Holmes RDMA and related platforms. This position plays a critical role in maintaining fab financial integrity production continuity and audit readiness and requires deep understanding of manufacturing transaction semantics and crosssystem dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Systems Integration & Data Integrity Operations Support
- Own endtoend transaction integrity across Workstream SAP S4 Holmes and supporting systems.
- Design implement and validate logic for transactions such as scrap/unscrap and inventory adjustments.
- Identify analyze and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory Workstream records and S4 financial data often under timecritical conditions.
- Lead and support HolmesWorkstream synchronization testing including wafer panel and devicelevel transaction scenarios.
- Ensure material usage cost center assignment and quantity accounting are correctly executed for:
- Production and engineering materials
- Indirect materials (e.g. gold wire adhesives flex)
- Nonstandard and exception manufacturing flows
- Produce and validate calculations required for quarterend corrections audits and fab financial reviews.
- Provide direct support to manufacturing inventory control engineering and finance teams.
- Respond to urgent operational issues where incorrect system behavior could impact production inventory valuation or financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain custom utilities and scripts that enable:
- Engineeringtoproduction lot conversions
- Accurate cost and quantity tracking across systems
- Automated reconciliation and scrap processing
- Document and explain complex system behavior to stakeholders to reduce operational risk and process errors.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing transactions inventory accounting and financial impacts of system behavior.
- Experience working with SAP S4 Workstream or similar enterprise manufacturing platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and resolve issues spanning multiple systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting fab or highmix manufacturing environments.
- Scripting or development experience (e.g. Perl Python) used for system integration or utilities.
- Experience supporting audits quarterend close or financial reconciliation in manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
Leads day-to-day design activities from concept through manufacturing and/or production and pays detailed attention to design execution from concept through delivery.
Creates wireframes user interface (UI) layouts mockups prototypes visual artifacts icons and design specifications that are ready to be implemented by the rest of the team.
Leads design thinking sessions in collaboration with designers program managers and engineers and applies design thinking methods to address requirements.
Influences and drives changes across disciplines to optimize the usage of design thinking within the portfolio.
Drives and manages the development of deliverables through to publishing and presentation against engagement deadlines.
Leads conversations with administrators from large organizations to refine designs and incorporate best practices within the organization.
Acts as the project management administrator to ensure all required project information and documentation are provided clearly on drawing sets.
Successfully tracks record leading initiatives and interdisciplinary teams with a design and strategic vision.
Reacts quickly to new information opinions and direction to strategically pivot the designs and strategies when necessary.
Provides guidance mentoring and training to individual contributors in lower-level roles and contributes to their growth in the organization.
The pay range for this position is $73800 to $100350 USD per hour (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related
knowledge skills and experience.
