Function as the product lead for initiatives;establishalignment across Engineering Design Data Marketing Sales and CX without formal authority
Drive end-to-end delivery accountability for product initiatives from discovery through commercialization including voice of customer research requirements definition launch readiness and post-launch optimization
Establish and monitor KPIs OKRs and financial performance targets for owned product areas; proactivelyidentifyand escalate risks to ARR subscriber acquisition or retention goals with recommended mitigations
Develop deep domainexpertisein assigned product areas; proactively synthesize market trends competitive signals and user research into actionable recommendations for the team and direct stakeholders.
Identifysystemic gaps or inefficiencies in product processes tooling or team capability; develop and socialize recommendations that improve PM org effectiveness at scale
Comply withhealth and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

Bachelors degree in business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or 3 years in Product Management Engineering or in a Product Owner role
The pay range for this position is $102600.00 - $193425.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
