Software Engineering Senior Manager- Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Monitor workloads of team while meeting client expectations and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.

Manage technology development and deliverables by leading a team of engineers focused on Salesforce development CI/CD pipelines and full-stack and automation test engineers.

Collaborate with product owners and managers delivering robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful user experiences.

Engage and collaborate across agile teams to design develop test and implement robust solutions.

Address day-to-day operations for Salesforce platform by owning: change/ release management DevOps (CI/CD) operational readiness and production administration and incident resolution.

Effectively manage budget: estimate resourcing and costs supporting business cases and high-level program plans.

Lead team members (off/on shore local/remove) focused on all aspects of our Salesforce platform to drive innovation quality and customer excellence.

Measure monitor and ensure the health of production systems.

Ensure healthcare information security best practice controls are in place and adhere to HIPAA utilizing a common control framework (i.e. NIST HITRUST CSF).

Support off-hour releases as needed.

Hybrid Work Schedule

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
