Job Summary
Payments Technology Manager / Payments Application Manager will lead the support stability modernization and continuous improvement of critical payment platforms. This role will be responsible for leading the support stability modernization and continuous improvement of mission-critical payment platforms supporting domestic international instant and digital asset payments.
Technology Leadership:
Manage and support enterprise payment applications and integrations.
Lead application support teams responsible for 24x7 production environments.
Oversee application releases change management production implementations and disaster recovery testing.
Establish monitoring observability and proactive issue detection capabilities.
Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture security audit and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders payment operations vendors and technology teams.
Communicate application health risks incidents and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Collaborate with external payment networks vendors and clearing organizations.

- Manages development projects development teams and application support functions.
- Oversees multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development installation and maintenance of application programs.
- Monitors and maintains adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.
- Maximizes staff contribution through professional growth and development to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
- Analyzes applications to ensure that all systems that are developed meet business needs and specifications.
