Software Engineering Manager AI/ML (Sight & Sense) Work Authorization: USC Green Card H1B Location: Dearborn MI (Onsite)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science AI/ML or related field.
- 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with AI/ML Computer Vision or data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle including data engineering model training deployment and monitoring.
- Experience leading Agile teams and managing sprint delivery.
- Lead mentor and grow software and data engineering teams.
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle for AI/ML-based Sight & Sense products.
- Provide technical leadership for software architecture MLOps and systems integration.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD automated testing and monitoring.
- Support deployment of AI solutions in manufacturing environments and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Promote innovation through Agentic AI workflows and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Computer Vision and MLOps experience.
- Manufacturing Smart Factory or Industrial AI background.
- Experience deploying AI models at the edge.
