The Account Manager is a pivotal role designed to bridge the gap between high-touch client service and active business development within a lean three-person team. You will own the client relationship post-sale while proactively identifying and closing new business opportunities to drive company growth. Success is measured by your ability to retain existing accounts sign new locations and operate effectively in a high-growth "unproven" environment.
- Hybrid Schedule: Requires regular in-person collaboration in the Orlando or Tampa metro areas to build team cohesion.
- High Travel: Expect 25% to 50% overnight travel primarily across the Southeast and East Coast.
- Extreme Autonomy: You will operate without a CRM admin or support desk; you are responsible for your own workflow.
- Direct Impact: Work closely with the founder to turn 60% concepts into 100% executed business strategies.
- Own the Relationship: Manage and grow client accounts after the initial sale to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Close New Business: Negotiate directly with plant managers to get new service agreements signed.
- Drive Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls walk-ins and lead lists to supplement set appointments.
- Build Processes: Create the playbooks documentation and systems needed to scale our account management function.
- Solve Problems: Take "half-baked" ideas and independently research and execute the final 40% of the solution.
- Execute Travel: Manage your own travel logistics and represent the company on-site at client facilities.
- Collaborate Daily: Participate in high-velocity syncs with the 3-person team to pivot strategies in real-time.

- Experience: 2 years of experience owning client relationships post-sale in a B2B environment.
- Sales Acumen: Proven comfort with "asking for the business" and closing contracts not just servicing accounts.
