Experience and Certifications: Candidate must have a Bachelors Masters or PhD in IT Computer Science Software Engineering Cybersecurity Information Systems or Data Science (or equivalent certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP GSEC CSSLP) with 9 years of relevant experience for a Bachelors 7 years for a Masters or 4 years for a PhD and a DoD 8570 IAT-II certification (CompTIA Security or higher) required within 60 days of hire.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the USAF Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque New Mexico. This role involves designing developing testing and maintaining software systems collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues and enhance backend services and web applications implementing software improvements and ensuring compliance with DoD security standards. The engineer will also contribute to technical documentation support CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• DoD 8570 IAT-II certification (CompTIA Security or higher) required within 60 days of hire.
• Clearance Requirement: Active DoD Secret clearance required
