Job Summary
Position Summary
Design develop and support the data platforms that power FircoSoft V6 AML BSA and Sanctions solutions. Responsible for database architecture ETL development data integration performance tuning and cloud-based data solutions while ensuring data integrity security and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize databases supporting FircoSoft V6 and financial crimes applications.
Develop ETL processes APIs and real-time data integrations.
Ensure data quality security governance and audit readiness.
Tune database performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Support cloud-native data platforms and modernization initiatives.
Partner with Compliance Operations and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Support data migration onboarding and platform upgrades.
Required Qualifications
5 years of Data Engineering Database Engineering or DBA experience.
Strong SQL data modeling ETL and database performance tuning expertise.
Experience with Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL or similar platforms.
Experience with Azure cloud data services and modern data architectures.
Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FircoSoft Continuity V5/V6.
AML BSA Sanctions KYC or Financial Crimes technology experience.
Experience with Azure Data Factory Databricks Synapse APIs and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of sanctions screening transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance platforms.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate
Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Oracle Database Certification
CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)

- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding testing and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
