WHAT YOULL DO:
As a Software Engineer II at FACTS Financial Aid Management youll be a valuable member of our development team working to transform customer needs into technical solutions that will enhance and evolve FACTS Financial Aid Management solutions. While we work in a .NET stack with Angular we value engineering fundamentals passion and the ability to learn over specific tech experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research design implement and maintain software applications based on user requirements.
- Write test and implement efficient code.
- Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Provide recommendations on design and development approach.
- Stay positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of related experience.
- .NET stack with Angular is preferred.
- AI experience is preferred.
COMPETENCIES SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- Strong technical competency with a logical analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate clearly within team on complex issues.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team managing multiple priorities.
- Adapts well to change and focuses on continuous improvement.
Compensation range for this role is $10000-$120000 annually depending on experience.
