SUMMARY
Theoris is assisting our client who is seeking two Software Engineers to join a dedicated team focused on reducing a critical Real Estate compliance backlog. These engineers will work closely with a Senior Engineer and Product Owner to investigate production issues implement enhancements resolve compliance-related defects and improve operational stability.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting problem-solving and working within complex enterprise systems where business impact is visible and measurable.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and resolve application defects and compliance-related issues
• Develop and test enhancements within a .NET application environment
• Analyze SQL Server data and troubleshoot application behavior
• Support root-cause analysis efforts for production issues
• Collaborate with Product Compliance QA and Engineering teams
• Participate in backlog grooming estimation and sprint planning activities
• Document technical findings and implementation details
• Assist with testing and deployment validation
• Maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability

• 3-7 years of software development experience
• Experience and C#
• SQL Server experience including querying data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting production applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with enterprise business systems
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Insurance mortgage lending or financial services experience
• Experience with integrations batch processing or data matching workflows
• Azure DevOps or Jira experience
• Experience in compliance or regulated business environments
• Automated testing experience
• Exposure to legacy modernization initiatives
