Motorola Solutions is looking for a self-motivated individual to help drive the next generation public safety experience and to work with a team of top experienced professionals to enable mission critical services and solutions.

We are seeking a motivated intern candidate to contribute to the development and support of our Device Management systems. The successful candidate will be involved in implementing and testing features utilizing modern web frameworks and microservices within a cloud-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design implement and test new features in our Device Management systems
• Participate in Agile software development practices to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Work with modern cloud-based technologies and frameworks

Desired Skills:

• Driven self-motivated and eager to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in cloud-based software development is a plus
• Experience with DevSecOps is a plus
• Experience with Angular and modern web development framework is a plus
• Experience with microservice-based architecture and containerization is a plus
• Experience and C# is a plus
• Understanding of security concepts including authentication access control authorization cryptography and least privilege is a plus
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or other related fields.
• Must be a US Citizen permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students).
