What you get to do in this role:

• Configure and maintain candidate workflows job posting templates and recruiting pipelines that match business requirements
• Build and maintain REST API integrations between Avature and core HR systems (ServiceNow Workday etc.)
• Develop dashboards and reports for recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire candidate source quality pipeline velocity diversity metrics)
• Maintain sourcing modules candidate experience features and application processes to optimize recruiter efficiency
• Build middleware and data connectors to synchronize candidate data job postings and hiring outcomes across systems
• Conduct data audits and support ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Avature and downstream systems
• Manage job requisition processes approval workflows and recruiter tools within Avature
• Partner with Recruiting Operations and DT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and optimize system performance
• Serve as subject matter expert on Avature capabilities and support user onboarding and change management initiatives

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:
    3 years of experience in ATS administration configuration or development (or equivalent platform experience)
    Hands-on experience configuring applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred; similar platforms like Workday Greenhouse or iCIMS acceptable)
    Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration patterns (you can read API documentation and build point-to-point connectors)
    SQL or similar query language experience for reporting and data extraction
    Configuration mindset: comfortable with both low-code configuration tools and scripting/coding for custom solutions
    Problem-solving across technical and business domainsyou can translate recruiting workflows into system requirements
    Clear communication skills to document technical solutions and present to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills
    Experience with JSON JavaScript or scripting languages
    Background in HR systems HRIS platforms or recruiting technology
    Exposure to data governance compliance (GDPR CCPA) and secure data handling
    Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft Zapier custom webhooks) or middleware
    Familiarity with agile development practices

    Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and recently implemented systems
    Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
    Collaborative and comfortable working across HR IT and vendor teams
    Proactive learner (willing to grow Avature expertise on the job)
