Job Title:Software Development Engineer 4 (Full-stack engineer)
Location:Sunnyvale CA - Hybrid - 3 Days a week onsite
Duration: 06 Months
Job Decripition:
Were looking for a mid-level full-stack engineer who can take ownership of features end-to-end contribute to architectural decisions with guidance and collaborate closely with business teams to ship real production-grade software. Youre past the basics and ready to take on meaningful scope while still growing into senior-level independence.
What Youll Do
Design build and maintain both the frontend and backend of a new internal platform from feature development through production
Build and maintain integrations between the platform and its underlying cloud and AI infrastructure
Partner with business teams to translate day-to-day workflows into working software with some guidance from senior engineers
Implement secure authentication access control and data governance appropriate for sensitive business data
Contribute to and follow engineering best practices testing CI/CD deployment and observability
Iterate on features based on real usage and feedback balancing speed with reliability
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
35 years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend systems
Solid Python skills; experience with FastAPI or a comparable async Python web framework
Solid React TypeScript experience shipped features in a production environment
Familiarity with LLM/AI API integrations agentic or tool-calling patterns are a plus
Experience with a major cloud provider (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP considered) comfortable deploying and managing cloud resources
Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows
Ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders to clarify and shape requirements
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
