Software Developer – .NET Angular

Title: Software / Angular
Location: 100% Onsite in Annapolis MD
Duration: 6 months multiple extensions
Compensation: $65/ hour W2
Work Requirements: US Citizen Only

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Software Developer to build enhance and support business applications web services and APIs in a collaborative Agile environment. This role will work closely with business analysts QA data resources and other developers to deliver reliable secure and maintainable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with both Angular and technologies and is comfortable working across front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop enhance and maintain web-based applications using Angular technologies.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and backend application services.
• Integrate applications with SQL Server stored procedures and other data-layer components.
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional software solutions.
• Partner with QA team members to investigate defects troubleshoot issues and support testing activities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning refinement sessions daily standups reviews and retrospectives.
• Diagnose and resolve application performance and functionality issues.
• Assist with application deployments and automated delivery processes through Azure DevOps.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation related to applications APIs and development processes.

Required Experience:

• 3 years of hands-on Angular development experience.
• 3 years of experience developing applications / Core and C#.
• .NET 8
• Angular 18 or newer
• Experience designing developing or supporting REST APIs.
• Knowledge of API authentication authorization and security concepts.
• Experience with technologies such as JWT OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect or comparable authentication frameworks.
• Experience working within an Agile or Scrum development environment.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
