Software Developer 3 (Full Stack Developer)
Location: Austin TX 78751 (100% Onsite)
Duration: Initial Contract through August 31 2026 (Extension Possible)
Interview: Microsoft Teams

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Software Developer 3 to design develop enhance and support enterprise-level applications and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise Core React JS SQL Server Oracle Power BI Azure Cloud and DevOps along with experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating enterprise data.

The developer will work closely with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional IT teams in an Agile environment to deliver secure scalable and high-performance software solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain enterprise applications Core/C# and React JS.
Develop REST APIs and backend services.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases stored procedures views and queries.
Perform Oracle to SQL Server data migration and legacy data transformation.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards reports and paginated reports.
Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot production issues across the application stack.
Create technical documentation architecture diagrams and design specifications.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support Agile development activities including sprint planning estimation testing and deployments.
Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.



Required Skills & Experience

11 years of Full Stack Development experience.
Strong experience with:

.NET Core
C#
React JS
JavaScript
HTML5/CSS3

11 years of SQL Server development database design performance tuning and query optimization.
11 years of Oracle database experience including Oracle data migration.
Extensive experience with:

Power BI
Dashboards
Paginated Reports
Data Transformation

Hands-on Azure Cloud experience including App Services Storage and Security.
Experience modernizing legacy applications into web-based solutions.
Experience transforming and migrating legacy enterprise data.
Experience with CI/CD Git and DevOps.
Knowledge of Section 508 Accessibility standards.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Experience working within Government or other highly regulated environments.
Agile/Scrum development experience.
Previous experience supporting Texas State Agencies Healthcare or Public Sector projects.
