Job Responsibilities:
- Developing monitoring solutions troubleshooting/debugging and implementing fixes for internally developed code (Java React TypeScript Python) performing database queries improving our systems that gather metrics on our features updating tracking and resolving technical challenges.
- Working alongside development on Client Corporate and Divisional Software projects updating/enhancing our current software automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.
- Team heavily utilizes Java Python AWS cloud solutions React and Python in our technology stack.
- The ability to host AI/ML systems in production environments is preferred.
Job Qualifications:
- A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.
Required soft skills:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Work independently.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferred coding skills:
- Java.
- TypeScript.
- Python.
- React.
- AWS cloud services.
