Key Responsibilities

• Provides case management services.

• Prepares and drafts reports correspondence documents and alternative written products.
• Serves as an expert witness providing recommendations and formal testimony in civil court.
• Offers consultation and guidance to internal staff external agencies and other collaborative partners.
• Directs patients inmates and clients to additional available services or external resources.
• Oversees forensic evaluations and GMC referrals while supporting the timely tracking and submission of evaluation and treatment reports.
  

Qualifications

• The Ideal Candidate Must be licensed as a Certified Social Worker Licensed Clinical Social Worker Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health l Counselor in the state of Utah.
• Has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and related conditions for at least 2 years.
• Has experience working with the court system.
