This is a travel/contract Allied Health position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at a Short Term Acute Care facility. The role is open to a 13-week assignment and requires the ability to float between all three ministries including PWF PMH and PNB. The expected patient ratio is 1:16 and weekends are required on an alternating basis.

• Float between all three ministries including PWF PMH and PNB
• Perform Emergency Department Behavioral Health assessments
• Provide care management discharge planning experience on med/surg floors
• Conduct acute behavioral health assessments across all age groups from the Emergency Department
• Rotate between day and night shifts with a pattern provided when possible

• Ability to float between all three ministries (PWF PMH and PNB)
• Comfortable conducting acute behavioral health assessments (all ages) from the Emergency Department
• Care management experience
• Discharge planning experience on med/surg floors

• Preferred experience in Emergency Department Behavioral Health assessments
• Preferred combination of care management experience and comfort with acute behavioral health assessments

• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license required
• Oregon state licensure required
