Note

Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active law license in good standing in Alabama Georgia Tennessee or Florida. Prior Social Security Disability experience is preferred but not required. We welcome newly licensed attorneys who are eager to learn and grow.

Job Description

• Represent clients pursuing Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.
• Advocate for clients throughout disability claims hearings and appeals.
• Prepare and represent clients at hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
• Review medical records employment histories and vocational evidence to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare legal arguments briefs hearing memoranda and appeals.
• Communicate with clients explain legal processes and guide them through important decisions.
• Collaborate with paralegals case managers and legal assistants to manage cases efficiently.
• Build your expertise in Social Security Disability law while delivering meaningful results for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in AL GA TN or FL.
• Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication organization and client-service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases deadlines and priorities.
• Compassionate professional approach to client representation.
• Social Security Disability SSDI SSI disability hearings or administrative appeals experience preferred but not required.
• Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.

2 to 3 years: $80000 to $95000 (estimated);

4 to 6 years: $95000 to $115000 (estimated);
