Our client is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the strategy execution and performance of social media for a well-established consumer brand. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity analytics influencer marketing and brand storytelling.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a lean collaborative marketing team. The ideal candidate has successfully owned social media strategy and execution for a large consumer brand knows how to build impactful influencer programs and uses data and analytics to drive measurable results.

What Youll Do
- Own the social media strategy and execution across all major social platforms.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement and optimization.
- Leverage social listening analytics and performance data to continuously improve engagement reach and ROI.
- Identify emerging social trends and translate them into impactful campaigns.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Brand eCommerce PR and agency partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Manage and mentor one direct report while helping maximize agency performance.
- Stay ahead of platform changes AI tools and evolving best practices across social media.
- Bachelors degree required.
- 8 years of progressive social media marketing experience.
- Experience leading both the strategy and execution of social media for a large consumer brand.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Experience measuring influencer performance campaign effectiveness and ROI using analytics and data.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong understanding of todays social media landscape emerging platforms and evolving algorithms.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within social media operations.
- Strategic thinker who also enjoys rolling up their sleeves.
- Creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a lean fast-paced environment where collaboration and ownership are key.
- Passionate about building engaged online communities and creating content that drives measurable business impact.
