D1 Training Falls Church is a premier athletic performance facility dedicated to helping athletes and adults train with purpose. We specialize in strength training speed development injury prevention and return-to-sport performance. Were looking for a creative motivated individual who is passionate about fitness sports and storytelling to help elevate our brand and showcase the incredible work happening inside our facility.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo and video content during training sessions classes and events.
- Create engaging content for Instagram Facebook TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels Stories YouTube etc.).
- Assist with content planning and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Write captions that reflect the D1 Falls Church voice and brand.
- Work alongside the Director of Strength & Conditioning to execute marketing campaigns and promote programs events and community initiatives.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to increase engagement and grow our online presence.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media (personal or professional).
- Comfortable filming in a fast-paced gym environment.
- Proficiency with video editing apps such as CapCut Canva Adobe Premiere Rush or similar.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated organized and able to work independently.
- Interest in sports fitness or athletics is strongly preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Photography or videography experience.
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
