Primary Focus: Cortex Agents Snowflake CoWork & Enterprise Agentic AI Scalability

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on implementation experience with Snowflake Cortex Agents Cortex Analyst Cortex Search and Snowflake CoWork.
Proven experience designing deploying and scaling production-grade Agentic AI applications for enterprise users.
Experience building reusable agent skills workflows tools/plugins knowledge repositories and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
Deep understanding of agent evaluations observability tracing guardrails security and operational monitoring.
Expertise in grounding agents using Semantic Views structured/unstructured enterprise knowledge and governed business context.
Experience optimizing agent concurrency response latency throughput reliability and cost for large-scale enterprise deployments.
Ability to assess architecture readiness for scaling from hundreds to thousands of users without creating excessive custom implementations or operational complexity.
Expected Outcome: Independently assess the customers existing production Agentic AI framework and recommend architectural improvements to enable secure cost-efficient and repeatable enterprise-wide adoption.
