La Paloma located in Tucson AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for aâFull-Time and Part-Time Snack Bar/Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofâTroon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with club policies and state regulations.
• Operate the mobile beverage cart ensuring prompt and friendly service to golfers on the course.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar and beverage cart including restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner enhancing their overall experience.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels reporting shortages to management.
• Assist with special events and club functions as needed.
• Adhere to all club policies including responsible alcohol service and dress code requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Previous bartending and/or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer wine and cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in outdoor conditions when operating the beverage cart.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (for mobile cart operation).
• Must obtain and maintain any required alcohol service certifications per state law.

Certificates/Licenses:

• SERV Safe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
