SMT Operator

Nesco is looking for SMT Operator for our client in Tempe. This is a Direct Placement

Responsibilities

Set up and tear down of SMT line

Operation of SMT machine printers wave solder and ovens

Review and interpret IPC internal and customer supplied manufacturing documents

Machine edits and in process trouble shooting

Archiving of machine generated reports

Daily machine preventative maintenance activities

Producing product to required IPC standards

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous related experience and/or training in SMT operation and maintenance a plus

Technical Diploma is an asset

Ability to read and comprehend instructions engineering drawings and short correspondence

Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and machine applications

Works well independently and in a team environment
