SMT Machine Programmer

The SMT Machine Programmer is responsible for creating maintaining and optimizing the machine programs across all platforms of Fuji NXT equipment in the factory. This includes:

- New Product Introduction Program Creation and line balancing

- Program revisions due to engineering changes

- Creating shared/common setups/programs to use across common assembly families

- Monitoring machine OEE downtime causes component attrition Preventative Maintenance plans feeder performance data and Nexim software applications

Additional responsibilities may include: SPI Program creation Solder Paste Printing program creation

Requirements:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Fuji SMT Programming line balancing setup creation etc.

- 2 years minimum SMT experience in an operator/tech/engineering role
